The Challenge

The health tech company had a strong product but no GTM infrastructure. SDRs were manually building prospect lists in spreadsheets. Lead routing was handled via Slack messages. Pipeline forecasting was guesswork.

The team needed to scale outbound without adding headcount,and leadership needed visibility into what was actually working.

Manual routing was eliminated on day one. The SDR team now receives enriched, prioritized account lists automatically. Leadership has real-time visibility into pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
